Thank you for taking interest in my PT services.
Depending on the student(s), the work I give defers. Students are advised to attend the session at least once a week and each session is scheduled for one hour unless agreed otherwise.

Learn how to build strength while keeping the body pain free, with the mindset of quality over quantity.

Mobility
Work towards touching your toes to eventually adding pancake, splits and bridge into our movement vocabulary.

Games & Riddles
Feel like a child again by playing games and riddles. Play is human and we learn the fastest when we are having fun.
